Usage is metered transparently in the Web Dashboard:

Prorated Billing: Upgrading plans immediately prorates the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downloading VAT Receipts & Invoices

To view past statements or update billing details:

Navigate to Settings > Billing in the Web Console.
Click Billing Portal to view automated Stripe receipts.
Download PDF tax invoices including your company's registered VAT / GST number.
